Arghya Adhikary

Though an automobile engineer by profession, Arghya is a passionate nature and wildlife photographer. The thirst to witness the unusual facets of nature compels him to travel off the beaten track. Continuous quest for excellence in the field of wildlife photography has made him a contributing photographer of WWF India. Some of his images have already been published in various magazines like WWF India, Saevus, Wild Planet Magazine, BirdWatching Daily USA, Sanctuary Asia, Wildlife Photographic Mag and one of his images had been selected in the exhibition of The Royal Photographic Society's International Images for Science 2017, the United Kingdom. His video on Arribada (Mass nesting of vulnerable Olive Ridley Sea Turtles) had been selected as one of the highly honored videos of Nature's Best Photography Asia's 4th Annual Photo Competition and had been displayed at Tokyo Metropolitan Theatre, Japan, and the Smithsonian National Museum of Natural History in Washington, D.C., USA.
